Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. It's a plain-English starting point and will be reviewed by counsel before launch — treat it as a working draft. Effective date: June 2026.
What we collect
- Analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful (pages viewed, device type, approximate location, referring source). This is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.
- Newsletter — if you subscribe to the free Home-Gym Starter Plan, we collect the email address you give us, to send it and occasional related tips. You can unsubscribe anytime.
Cookies
We use cookies for analytics and to remember your consent choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, and decline non-essential cookies via our consent banner. Declining analytics cookies won't stop you using the site.
Third parties
We share data only with the services that run the site: Google Analytics (analytics) and HubSpot (hosting and email). Each has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing" — which we don't do. To make a request, contact us.
Retention, security & children
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above. We take reasonable measures to protect it. This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy; material changes will be noted here with a new effective date.
